1 cup coconut water
½ cup papaya, peeled
1 cup mango, peeled

½ cup water
½ cup fresh orange juice
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 banana, cut into chunks and frozen
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup fresh kale, torn
2 tablespoons honey

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
3 large carrots, washed and tops removed

1 bunch kale
1 ripe peeled banana, frozen and cut into pieces

2 fresh peaches, pits removed (or 1 cup frozen)
